The First Thanksgiving

Understanding	Okay The student knows a few facts (0-3) about the first Thanksgiving. Limited understanding. Not enough research. Struggle to teach others.	Good The student has a good understanding of the first Thanksgiving and clearly researched the topic. Knows a good amount of facts (4-6). Might be able to teach others.	Wonderful The student can clearly explain the events of the first Thanksgiving; could easily teach others with great detail. Researched a large amount. Knows a great amount of facts (7-10). Knowledge is clearly seen.
Neatness	Okay Student rushed on the project. Handwriting is sloppy, and the art work messy. Hard to read, not sure what the project is displaying.	Good Student took some time on project. Somewhat neat but could use some more time spent carefully. At times hard to read, art work somewhat messy.	Wonderful Student took the project seriously. Worked hard to make it as neat as possible. Easy to read and understand what project represents.
Creativity	Okay The student did not put much effort into the project. Did not display the first Thanksgiving visually at all or in the minimal requirement. 0-1 displays/art pieces of the topic. Only one aspect of the event was covered.	Good The student created 2-3 visuals of the first Thanksgiving, but some of the same ideas were repeated or not elaborated. Not enough events represented.	Wonderful The student created 4-5 visuals of the first Thanksgiving, that represents mutiple aspects of the event. Took the time on each, with new creative ways for all.
