Obj. 1.0-4.0 Design Team Model Rubric Optional: Competition
Obj. 3.0 - Obj. 7.0 Design Team Diorama Competition
Each design team chooses ONE house style & theme. Ex: Block 1 chooses a Log cabin & rustic/mountain vacation lifestyle/theme. E&P of Design will used effectively in the house design. A TEAM label to convey the house style included. All phase of the Design Process are followed: programming, schematic design, development, contract docs, contract admin, & display (move in - post occupancy)
