Decade on Popular Culture Presentation- 1950's to 2000's. Decade on Popular Culture Presentation- 1950's to 2000's. In groups, students are to research a given decade and present the popular culture of that decade. You become 'experts' on the changes that occurred in that decade and how popular culture affected that decade. They will present their findings in the form of a class presentation involving an informative PowerPoint, Prezi, blendspace or other format of visual digital presentation. Pop Culture Decade
	Level 4 Exceeds Expectations 4 pts	Level 3 Meets Expectations 3 pts	Level 2 Meets Minimum Standard 2 pts	Level 1 Unsatisfactory 1 pts
Presentation Format	Level 4 Presentation excedes assignment expectations, shows creativity and attention to detail.	Level 3 Format is precise, follows directions and stays on task.	Level 2 There is little deviation from format. The presentation may be over or under length.	Level 1 Slides are inadequate and format does not follow directions.
Sequencing	Level 4 Slides/video are sequenced effectively and creatively showing careful attention to detail.	Level 3 Slides/video are sequenced effectively.	Level 2 Slides/video are sequenced with only minor timing problems.	Level 1 Slides are sequenced but timing is not appropriate.
Content- double points	Level 4 Information is accurate and exceeds minimum. Information contains strong points and insight.	Level 3 Information is accurate and shows insight. Major points are made and supported.	Level 2 Information is accurate and on topic. Major points are made but only somewhat supported.	Level 1 Information provided is generally accurate but lacks insight and strays from the topic.
Presentation Delivery	Level 4 Delivery is interesting and lively and keeps the audience focused and entertained. All group members are involved and each is an 'expert' on the decade.	Level 3 Delivery is fluent and lively. All group members are involved in the presentation and know their decade well.	Level 2 Delivery is fluent but not interesting. Most group members are involved in the presentation and know the main changes of their decade.	Level 1 Delivery is not clear. The presentation lacks fluency and is not well rehearsed. Only 1-2 group members are involved in the presentation.
