Presidential Topics Clearly Evident	Excellent Work The project includes all information relevant to the topic. The project is creative, clear and concise. Examples and historic perspectives are included.	Good Work The project includes all relevant information; however, it is not well-organized or easily understood.	Fair Does not have all of the relevant information on the topic of the project. There is not enough information presented. Information is presented in an unorganized fashion.	Needs improvement The project is lacking in important information about the topic.
Finished Product Format	Excellent Work The work done exceeds all expectations and shows that the student has exhibited time and effort into the project.	Good Work The work was done with good effort that shows what the group is capable of. It is evident that time was put into this project.	Fair Work is done with fair effort, but the quality is still not what the group is capable of. Evidence of rushed or sloppy work	Needs improvement Work is done with little effort, quality is not what the learner is capable of. It is evident that the work was rushed and little time was spent on the final product. Work is incomplete.
Creativity	Excellent Work Eye catching. Great use of graphics/pictures, and spacing for project. Creativity is shown to in every area on the project. Writing is clear.	Good Work A selection of graphics/pictures are well thought out, however, the writing/lettering/graphics could be better.	Fair Not very appealing. Limited use of graphic/pictures. Not a lot of graphics/pictures. Most of the lettering is poor and hard to read.	Needs improvement The project lacks original creativity Not good use of space. Appears messy. Appears highly disorganized.
Format/Sources	Excellent Work A source page is present and has at least three sources with web addresses. NO WIKIPEDIA.	Good Work A source page is present but contains less than three sources and or use of Wikipedia.	Fair A source page is somewhat evident with sources difficult to understand.	Needs improvement No sources evident.
