	Excellent 10 pts	Good 8 pts	Fair 6 pts	Poor 5 pts
Completeness Contains ALL information as requested.	Excellent Questions answered in complete simple sentences.	Good Questions are mostly answered in complete simple sentences.	Fair At least 1/2 of the assignment was attempted. Some questions are unanswered.	Poor Less than 1/2 of the assignment was attempted and/or complete. Most responses are missing.
Legibility Is the student's writing legible?	Excellent All writing is legible and picture is neat. Overall the foldable is neat. It is also folded correctly.	Good Majority of the writing is legible and most of the pictures are neat.	Fair Writing is somewhat legible and the assignment is a bit messy.	Poor Writing is not legible and pictures are not neat. Shows a lack of understanding or carelessness.
Accuracy Did the student recheck the assignment?	Excellent All of the assignment is correct and neat. Color is added and picture shows detail. Responses are accurate and complete.	Good Most of the assignment (more than 1/2) is complete but the responses and/or picture is not accurate.	Fair At least 1/2 of the assignment is correct. Pictures are not colorful and lack detail.	Poor Less than 1/2 of the assignment is accurate. Pictures or responses are not accurate.
