This is a rubric assessing comprehension of bar graphs and assessing if graph has been designed properly.

2.11 Construct, organize and display data in picture graphs and bar graphs. 2.11B Draw conclusions and answer questions based on picture graphs (each picture represents one piece of data) and bar-type graphs 2.11C Use data to describe events as more likely or less likely such as drawing a certain color crayon from a bag of seven red crayons and three green crayons Students collects data from drawing from a set of colored objects. (color tiles, starburst, crayolas...)

Analyze data with respect to measures of variation. Analyze data using box-and-whisker plots. Analyze and draw conclusions about data, including the relationship between the two variables.

Students will correctly label the graph, transfer the information faithfully from chart to graph, follow basic requirements as well as interpret graphing information.
