	Poor 3 pts	Fair 4 pts	Good 5 pts
Labeling X and y axes are labeled correctly with correct ranging.	Poor Student does not label the x or y axis/axes correctly and/or scaling in completely unacceptable.	Fair Student label the x and y axis correctly, but the scale is incomplete, incorrect or inadequate for the task at hand.	Good X and y axes are labeled correctly and scaling is perfect for requirments of the assignment.
Chart to Graph Transfering Chart information accurately to graph.	Poor Student's transfer of the information from the chart to the graph is incomplete or incorrect.	Fair Student's transfer of the information from the chart, but some data points are not graphed accuratley.	Good Student accurately transfers all of the chart information to the graph.
