General rubric for explorer projects that includes factual information.

Students will get the chance to understand, identify and learn more about the difference in the Arctic, Atlantic, Pacific and Indian Ocean. Students will understand and learn about what all lives and makes up the four main oceans.

The students will work on a display. The display will contain relevant information directly related to the Ten Commandments.

Correctly identify the your assigned region of the United States and its historical significance. Include how the states got their names, geographic descriptions, the climate of each, include details of what is "famous" for each region with important facts.

The students will be creating a postcard that displays a picture, on the front, of a place they have visited . On the other side, the students will be writing a letter to someone that tells about their trip.

Student are expected to comprehend and apply multiple-step problem solving skills to correctly solve division problems.

Students will know spelling packet expectations which would include completeness, accuracy, requirements, legibility and time management.

Students will write a story using adjectives to create a descriptive essay. Writing will be graded on capitalization, punctuation, use of a clear main idea, supporting details in the correct sequence, and use of adjectives.

After listening and discussing an excerpt from the “I Have a Dream” speech by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., •Students were asked to write about their personal dreams about how people can cooperate and get along in the future by using prior knowledge, readings and details from the “I Have a Dream” speech. •Students will use the “I Have a Dream” speech excerpt as a guide to write their own personal narrative.
