After listening and discussing an excerpt from the “I Have a Dream” speech by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., •Students were asked to discuss their dreams for getting along in the future for a better world. •Students will draw a picture about their personal dream for a better future. •Students will use prior knowledge and the “I Have a Dream” dream cloud to write their answers to the question, “Do you have a dream for a better world?
