This is a rubric designed to measure a student's reflection on a given theme. Identify your present thinking about technology after eight weeks of this course. What are the biggest challenges facing you concerning the future use of technologies within your environments? Poster rubric
The students will work on their own to put together a poster for display. The poster will contain relevant information directly related to the topic selected by the student. The poster should have areas segmented that directly reflect the outline created by the student. The poster will be designed on either poster board (full-sized poster board) or tri fold poster board. The student is required to explain their poster to the class and teacher

Culminating Activity: CDV Poster
Students are to create a poster using one Core Democratic Value that coincides with our unit on slavery. Once choosing their democratic value the student must use 15-20 pictures to describe the CDV in relation to slavery. Students must use at least 10 colored pictures from magazines, two black and white pictures which can include words, and 2-3 pictures that are hand drawn. The pictures must describe their democratic value while providing information about slavery.
