As a bookend to my EXL online portfolio, I was required to write a 500-word essay reflection on my experience in the program.  Below is a link to the essay, in which I discuss which courses I took that were EXL certified and what exactly I took away from each of them.

Also, to finish my Leadership Studies minor, I was required to write a 5-7 page reflection paper, synthesizing the concepts that I have learned and practiced in my minor coursework.  I also discussed how I applied these theories and concepts in my personal experiences as a leader.  Below is a link to my paper.
