The below shows the evaluation of my teaching round, on specific areas:

Preparation and Reflection

-Well organized appropriate research and understanding of subject matter

Min has insightful personal reflections of lessons taught.

 

Personal and Professional Attributes

-Min has shown an enthusiastic and willingness to learn attitude as a teacher. She has been determined to improve her performance at each opportunity

-Min listens and accepts advice.

 

Interactions with Students

· Min’s learning of all students ‘ names assisted her to develop a good relationship with the class.

· Min’s approach with the students was always positive and her responses to and from students reflected this.

 

Teaching skills and classroom management

· Min has been able to supervise students at work, providing assistance and encouragement where necessary.

 

Professionalism and involvement in the total school program

· Min related well with staff and maintained a cooperative, positive attitude. She attended staff meetings, Professional Learning Team Meetings, Planning sessions, Kanga Cricket Clinic, an excursion and yard duty with a positive attitude.
