Organizing Skills

Nursing school has effectively equipped me with the tools needed to properly organize my scholastic and clinical life.  Throughout cinicals, I was able to assembe an organizational chart that would allow me to keep accurate records of my patient care.  Being organized is a large aspect of nursing school and it helps student nurses keep clear and concise documentations.  Listed below is the organizational chart that I used thorughout my two and a half years in nursing school to document patient care.
