My name is Melanie Barnes and I am originally from Rhode Island, the Ocean State.  I attended the University of New Hampshire in Durham, NH, from 1999-2003, where I majored in psychology.  I am about to receive my Master of Education in School Counseling from The College of William and Mary, in Williamsburg, VA.  I am engaged to a wonderful guy, named Kevin.  We are avid Red Sox fans who attend games whenever possible.We will be moving to the Rhode Island/Massachusetts area following my graduation in May, where we can be close to both of our families, and hopefully start one of our own.  Right now, I am very eager to begin my career as a school guidance counselor in Massachusetts!
