I am a Canadian currently studying my post-graduate diploma in Primary Education at La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia. 

Born and raised in Canada, I grew up in a small rural community near Toronto called King City.  I studied in the public school system for my primary years, went to boarding school in grade 9, and continued on in the seperate school system for the remainder of my high school years. 

I enjoy running, yoga, travelling, sports, and collecting children's books.  I have travelled all over the U.S., Greece, Australia, England, and Mexico.  When I was thirteen years old, I lived in California for a month, and trained at an international figure skating school.  I had aspirations to compete in the Olympics, but in the end I decided my goal to go to University was a priority.

In addition to my figure skating background, I have also taken jazz dance, ballet, and tennis, and swimming.
