Below is a unit of work that I designed for Science. It covers five weeks, with weekly lessons of one hour each. The topic for this unit is, "Animal Classifications and Food Chains, What's Eating You?", and covers the classification of animals and their place in the food chain. Plants, herbivores, omnivores and carnivores are studied, as well as how and where each of these fit into the food chain. 

This Unit of Work is designed to be covered at Level 2 (VELS), but may also be used in a 1/2 composite class.
