Given the necessary materials, and a cardboard box, the student will develop a salon floorplan and miniature salon.

This rubric is designed for a performance assessment in which Gr. 6 students, in peer selected groups, will use learned vocabulary, grammar and language convention concepts appropriate for this grade level to present, in a unique and creative fashion, create a skit of a 'Au Restaurant' scene.

The following rubric will scrutinize speech delivery as well as supplemental visual facets as per directives.

Students are to create a dance in groups that is 8 eight counts long, contains... 1. Beg & End Pose 2. Partner Choreography 3. 1- Traveling Step 4. 1- Formation Change 5. Singles Choreography Students will apply the creative process to the composition of short dance pieces, using the elements of dance to communicate feelings and ideas.

Fashion show rubric

The students will work on their own to put together a visual product for display. The product will contain relevant information directly related to the theme of The Revolution. Students will provide information and demonstrate knowledge of: causes of the Revolution; key players in the Revolution; key moments in the Revolution; or any other student generated project that illustrates a level of mastery of their particular Revolution.
