Oral Narrative Presentation

Bridge will be made out of popsicle sticks and glue. Sticks may not be cut .You may use up to 200 sticks. The bridge must span a distance of 12 inches in length and must hold a eight (8) pound weight for at least a full minute, while the bridge is at least one foot above the floor. In addition to meeting the weight bearing and structural requirements, the bridge will also be judged on its aesthetics & blueprint design (pre-plan collaboration), so be creative.

A multicultural Power Point Presentation that demonstrate culture and heritage

Create a board game using original questions and game pieces from the book of your choice.

Students will: 1) identify 10-20 Illustrations of Real-World Symmetry, 2) attach their pictures to a poster, 3) construct a correct line of symmetry in each, using a ruler, 4) draw their own image and use a MIRA to draw its reflection, and 5) describe the similarities and differences between a symmetric shape and a reflection, in full sentences, restating the question.

Create a poster that sequences a real life example of the transferring of energy. Illustrations should be included for each energy transfer example. All energy transformations should be labeled correctly. A written description must be included on the back or the bottom of your poster that explains the energy transformation you have shown. Your written description should specifically describe your real life example, include vocabulary words, and explain the energy transformations that took place.
