Dear Student:

It is a pleasure to welcome you to the 2008 Youth Business Initiative (YBI) Summer Institute at Georgetown University Law Center. We are sure that you will soon feel the sense of pride we share in belonging to this program. We hope that you will take advantage of the many benefits that come with being in YBI. You will be able use our program as both a forum for the exchange of information and ideas and as a resource for developing your strategy for success.

The Youth Business Initiative Summer Institute is a three-week program that will focus on College Readiness, Career Exploration, and Leadership Development. The primary goal of this program is to assist you in your pursuit of knowledge and to help you commit to the achievement of your full potential. As a result of this program we hope to empower and encourage you to become actively engaged in planning your life and living successfully.
