Guided Community Assessment 
The purpose is to understand the impact of the community setting upon the well-being of community members. The goals are to:1. Gain an awareness of the influence of the community and its resources on the health of the community; and 2. Continue to develop skills in observation and community assessment. For the purposes of this assignment, you will rely primarily on observation and information about your community and population that is available electronically.

Synthesizing sources by pulling them together into some kind of harmony.
Accurately reporting information from the sources using different phrases and sentences; organized in such a way to immediately see where the information from the sources overlap; makes sense of the sources and helps the reader understand them in greater depth. Demonstrates a link between observation and data. More than one sentence per subsection.

Condensed sentence for each subsection linking observation and data in a way that helps the reader to understand the sources in greater depth.

Condensed sentence for at least 5 subsections linking observation and data.

Simplistic statement regurgitating the observation and data.
