Background Pattern or gradient	Advanced Background is superb. Great color scheme and design. Lots of thought put into it. Exact size	Good Background is good. Nice design.	Fair Resolution is okay. Some thought placed into choice. Could've been better.	Poor Resolution is poor. No thought behind person fitting into background.
Composition Weight and color scheme.	Advanced Elements are weighted perfectly.	Good Elements are weighted well. Small amount of movement needed.	Fair Elements are weighted fairly.	Poor Elements are not weighted well. Off balanced. Affects the feel of the banner. No thought behind positioning.
Text Font style, size and legibility	Advanced Text is placed in a perfect spot. Easy to read and design was well chosen. Sans Serif.	Good Text is placed in a good spot. Easy to read. No thought in the choice of font style. Sans Serif	Fair Text is placed in a good spot. Not easy to read because of font style and/or size. Sans Serif.	Poor Text is not placed in a good spot. Not easy to read because of font style and/or size. Used Serif.
Images	Advanced Resolution is perfect and are edited with precision.	Good Resolution is good. Some adjustments needed.	Fair Resolution is good but there are lot of adjustments needed. Lots of artifacts.	Poor Resolution is bad. Lack of images. Many artifacts.
Overall Design Design	Advanced Design is excellent.	Good Design is good. It could use something more.	Fair Design is ok. Not much thought behind the look.	Poor No design evident. No thought behind it.
