Shakespeare Poster and Presentation Rubric 
The students will put together a poster to show during their oral presentation. The poster will contain information that the students collected regarding Shakespeare. The group presentation must be aligned with the poster.

The poster includes all information relevant to the topic in an organized fashion. Poster includes at least three pictures with two or more in color.
Met Expectation

Poster includes all relevant information; however, it does not is not well-organized. Poster has two or more pictures with at least one in color.
Below Expectation

Does not have all of the relevant information of the poster. There is not enough information presented. Information is presented in an unorganized fashion. There are no color pictures and/or those presented are of poor quality.
Did Not meet Expectatino

The poster is lacking in elements required. There are many gaps in information presented or what is presented is vague and unclear. No pictures are included on the poster.
Group Work Quality/Effort

Exceeds Expectation

The work done exceeds all expectations and shows that the learners are proud of their work. The effort that was put into this task is the best it can be by the learners.
Met Expectation

The work was done with good effort that shows what the learners are capable of. It is evident that effort was put into this poster and presentation.
Below Expectation

Work is done with fair effort, but the quality is still not what the learners are capable of. It is evident that the work was rushed.
Did Not meet Expectatino

Work is done with little effort, quality is not what the learners are capable of. It is evident that the work was rushed and little time was spent on the final product. Work is incomplete.
Style/Mechanics

Exceeds Expectation

The poster has an element of creativity and style, and is not just a list of facts. The poster is presented in a creative, clear and concise manner with full understanding of the subject.
Met Expectation

The poster is clear and logical and contains facts as well as very few mistakes. Good clear visual presentation.
Below Expectation

The poster lacks style and reads more like a list of facts than an oral presentation. The poster lacks neatness and clarity. There are mechanical errors in the visual presentation.
Did Not meet Expectatino

The poster lacks a clear understanding of the subject matter and there are many errors. Poster is not creative.
Presentation

Exceeds Expectation

The students speaks clearly and puts their information with complete understanding of their information.It is evident that the student has not only prepared what will be said but has learned much in the process. Creativity was used to present the information in a manner to engage the audience as well as to educate.
Met Expectation

The student speaks clearly, presents a good amount of the information expected with a good understanding of the topic. Creativity is evident in presentation.
Below Expectation

There are several confusing moments and the information presented is not completely shared during the presentation. The student has not practiced what is to be said or has not spent time rehearsing or becoming familiar with the content.
Did Not meet Expectatino

Little or No preparation was done for the presentation and the information that is presented lacks many elements of what is expected.
