Anti-Bullying Message Knows possible causes of conflicts in schools, families, and communities and strategies to prevent conflict in these situations.	Needs Improvement Anti-Bullying message was not clear; confusing. There was not a resolution or solution to the bullying problem or the bullying problem was not clearly stated.	Satisfactory Anti-Bullying message was understood (perhaps implied), but did not come to a resolution. There was still some confusion.	Proficient Anti-Bullying message was clear and there was resolution at the end of the cartoon.	Excellent Anti-Bullying message was extremely clear and contained a well thought out resolution.
