Excellent Students have more than 20 game cards that are accurate and complete.
Game Board	Poor Game board is messy, has less than 10 spaces with activities, is not colorful or has minimal decorating, and does not reflect the time period of the game.	Fair Game board is messy in spots, has less than 15 spaces with activities, has some color, has some decorating, and some pictures may not reflect the time period accurately.	Good The game board is neat, has at least 15 spaces with activities, is colorful, and has good decorating that is appropriate for the time period.	Excellent The game board has more than 15 spaces with activities, is colorful, and is creatively decorated in the appropriate time period.
Game Rules and Directions	Poor Rules and directions are confusing, not written in logical order, and do not help understand game play.	Fair Rules and directions have portions that may be confusing. Grammar, Spelling, Mechanics	Poor There are many spelling and grammar mistakes that make playing the game difficult.	Fair There are many spelling and grammar mistakes.
