Visually Appealing Avatar is professional, Banner is relative to the placement and Colour is used on each header of each box.	Does not meet standards No avatar, banner or colours are used.	Needs improvement Either the banner or avatar is complete and most boxes do not have a coloured header. The banner and or avatar are not professional and or do not relate to the placement.	Proficient Good banner and avatar - professional looking and relate to the placement somewhat.	Advanced Banner and Avatar are appropriate and relate to the placement and there is an excellent use of colour on each box.
