	MASTERING 20 pts	ACCOMPLISHING 17 pts	BASIC 15 pts	BEGINING 10 pts
Organization	MASTERING All pages have numbers, dates & titles. It is neat and organized. No loose papers. Table of contents completed.	ACCOMPLISHING Most pages have numbers, dates & titles. It is neat and organized. Some pages are loose; Most of the table of contents is complete.	BASIC Work is a little confusing; Pages hanging out of notebook; Some pages are numbered and/or dated, table of contents not complete.	BEGINING Work has little order; Many hanging or loose pages; Many pages are not dated. Table of contents not complete.
INPUT (Right Side)	MASTERING All entries are clear, complete, and detailed. Anyone could use as a study guide.	ACCOMPLISHING Most entries are done, but a couple(1-2) are missing or incomplete.	BASIC Work and notes are mostly done, but three to four assignments are missing or incomplete.	BEGINING Work and notes are partially done, five to six assignments are missing or incomplete.
OUTPUT (Left Side)	MASTERING Work is clear, focused, reveals personal reflection. Student demonstrates mastery of Input. All assignments are complete.	ACCOMPLISHING Work is clear, focused, reflective. Students demonstrates comprehension of Input. Most assignments are complete. None are missing.	BASIC Work is sufficient and shows effort. Student demonstrates basic understanding of Input. Some assignments missing.	BEGINING Work is insufficient. Missing many output activities or incomplete.
