Fair No more than 2 of the required components of the project are missing.	Poor 3 or more of the required components of the project are missing.
Neatness and Clarity	Excellent The brochure is creative, neat and appealing to the eye.	Good One or two parts of the brochure are messy or unclear.	Fair Three or four parts of the brochure are messy or unclear.	Poor Five or six parts of the brochure are messy or unclear.
