	Master 4 pts	Approacing Mastery 3 pts	Proficient 2 pts	Approaching Proficieny 1 pts
Title	Master The title is specific, appropriate, accurate, and capitalized.	Approacing Mastery The title is specific and appropriate, but may not be accurate nor capitalized.	Proficient The title is somewhat specific, but may not be appropriate, or capitalized.	Approaching Proficieny The title is not specific, appropriate, accurate or capitalized.
Labeling/Chronology	Master Each event includes the date, a specific label, and proper chronological order.	Approacing Mastery Includes most of the required events. Most of the events are relevant and properly labelled.	Proficient Include some of the required events. Some events may be mislabeled and/or irrelevant.	Approaching Proficieny Includes few of the required events. Multiple events are not placed accurately on the timeline.
Pictures/Illustrations	Master Includes illustrations and/or pictures that are clear, relevant and artistic.	Approacing Mastery Includes pictures and/or illustrations for most events.	Proficient Includes pictures and/or illustrations for some events.	Approaching Proficieny No attempt was made to illustrate the timeline.
Neatness	Master Shows careful thought and planning. Understandable, legible, and has color.	Approacing Mastery Shows thought and planning. Usually understandable and legible.
