Flexibility workout session 
You are a yoga instructor at a local fitness club, your task is to design a flexibility workout session which improves the flexibility of your clients in the fitness club. Develop a workout with five specific exercises you would include in the workout. You will need to be able to demonstrate each exercise and explain how it improves flexibility.
