Daily Performance Evaluation
	Excellent 30 pts	Very Good 27 pts	Good 24 pts	Needs Work 10 pts
Movement Quality	Excellent Movements and physical quality are always achieved and remain constant throughout the dance.	Very Good Movements and physical quality are achieved fairly consistently throughout the dance.	Good Movements and physical quality are sporadically achieved within the dance.	Needs Work Movements and physical quality is rarely achieved an is not constant throughout the dance.
Preparation/Knowledge retainment	Excellent Always prepared to dance with excellent knowledge of choreography, counts, and movement quality learned from previous classes. <BR> <BR> Student has taken the time and initiative before class to learn the choreography missed from the previous class.<BR> <BR> Has missed no classes.	Very Good Usually prepared to dance with very good knowledge of choreography, counts, and movement quality learned from previous classes. <BR> <BR> Student has a very good understanding of choreography missed from the previous class and works with peers to develop knowledge and understanding of missed work.<BR> <BR> Has missed 1 class.	Good Sometimes comes prepared to dance with some knowledge of choreography, counts, and movement quality learned from previous classes. <BR> <BR> Student learns some choreography and/or counts before or at the beginning of class.<BR> <BR> Has missed 2-3 classes.	Needs Work Rarely prepared to dance. Student has little or no knowledge of choreography, and does not show initiative to learn it prior to lesson.<BR> <BR> Has missed 4-5 classes.
