Personal Fitness Workout Project
As a student in the Personal Fitness class here at Knightdale High School you have participated in different workouts throughout the semester. Now it's your turn to develop a workout video to highlight the FITT formula and all components of Health-Related Fitness.

The workout lasted 15 minutes or less and has a little variety with three different exercises or less.

The workout lasted 25 minutes or less and has some variety with five different exercises or less.
Excellent
The workout lasted 35 minutes and has variety in the exercises with 10 or more different exercises.
Cool Down

The cool-down is only 1 minute long and does not include any variety in the cool-down activities (no creativity)

The cool-down is 2 minutes or less and includes at least two different exercises.
Good
The cool-down is 3 minutes or less and includes at least four different exercises.
Excellent
The cool-down is 5 minutes and includes at least 5 different exercises.
Video Quality
Poor
The video quality is hard to follow because the video jumps and movies a lot (not smooth in the movement). There is excessive background noises.
Fair
The video quality is easy to follow; the video transitions quickly which makes the movement not very smooth. There is excessive background noises.
Good
The video quality is very easy to follow and the transition is smoother, but you can hear some background noises.
Excellent
The video quality is excellent with smooth transitions and the background noises are at a minimum or none.
Participation/Instruction
Poor
Those that are in the video are not serious about the video; laughing, joking, and horse playing. No instruction is given.
Fair
Those that are in the video are somewhat serious (some horse playing); no instruction is given.
Good
Those that are in the video are serious, but no instruction of the exercises are given students are just doing the exercises.
Excellent
Those that are int he video are serious and as the students transition to each exercise there is instruction on how to complete the exercise.
FITT Formula

Students do not incorporate the different areas of the FITT formula (verbally recognize and point out during the video). F=Frequency, I=Intensity, T=Type, T=Time
