Excellent All tabbed separators are present. and in order. All assignments are in chronological order. Completed summary sheets for each tabbed section are included.
Neatness	Poor Portfolio has 3 or more stains, tears, marks or creases. Handwriting is not legible.	Fair Portfolio has 1-2 stains, tears, marks or creases. Handwriting is mostly legible.	Good Portfolio has no stains, tears, marks or creases. All handwriting is legible.	Excellent Portfolio has no stains, tears, marks or creases. Notes and assignments are typed.
Completeness	Poor Less than half of the assigned papers have been added to the portfolio since the last assessment.	Fair Half of the assigned papers have been added to the portfolio since the last assessment.	Good All assigned papers have been added to the portfolio since the last assessment.	Excellent All assigned papers have been added to the portfolio since the last assessment. In addition. 1 or more annotated papers or articles have been added to the portfolio.
