Excellent Resume highlights skills and background in an effective manner and includes all necessary information.	Very Good Resume is missing some information but contains most essential information.	Good Resume is missing 2 or more categories of information. Resume lists all necessary information but does not highlight skills well.	Fair Resume is missing 3 or move categories of information.
Format 3 pts	Excellent Margin is flush and clean. Individual points are bulleted. Categories are well defined.	Very Good Either categories are not clearly defined or points not bulleted.	Good *Does not follow clear and concise format.	Fair Does not follow clear and concise format and resume is poorly written.
Spelling/Grammar 2 pts	Excellent Resume is complete and without any errors.	Very Good Resume is complete and has only one or two errors.	Good Resume is complete and has only 3-5 errors.	Fair Resume is complete but has many errors (5 or more).
