Notebook is not wrapped but it's identified, organized, in good condition, and contains front page, all sections with a few missing dates, titles, and/or standards or it is out of order.	Needs more effort. Notebook is messy, but contains all sections with many missing titles, dates, and/or standards or it is out of order.	Needs Improvement. Notebook is not organized, it doesn't contain a front page, missing sections and papers are not in order.	Poor Notebook is not organized, it doesn't contain a front page, mostly missing dates, titles, and/or standards.
