Students need to pick a virus or bacteria and complete a research report on it. Students will also need a visual to accompany the report.

Report must be at least 2 pages typed. Project must have a visual to accompany it.

Student has both the report and visual, but they are not neat and has limited or partial information.

Student has both the report and the visual and they have all key information and are neat and presentable.
Report

Must include a title page with the name of the virus, your name, and date due; the origination of the virus; the year it became known; vaccinations and/or cures for it, who it affects, and the part of the body that it attacks.

Student is missing four or more pieces of needed information and/or lacks the title page.

Student is missing two to three pieces of needed information. Title page lacks some of the requirements.

Student has all required facts for the content of the paper. Title page is correct.
Organization

The information in the report flows natural when reading it.
