year 9 Coil Animals
	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts
Research/choice of animal and plan	Poor Has chosen first thing that he/she saw, and did not put into consideration the basic shape they were shown to look for.	Fair Has shown a good understanding of what has been required for choice of animal. Plan was not thought out well.	Good Has chosen a great animal, has the right shape and has developed a great plan to help and show the construction of the piece.
Construction.	Poor Piece was rushed and joins were rough and messy. Cracks developed where some joins were messy.	Fair Time was taken with piece. Clean nice joins and good roundness of coils.	Good Has constructed piece well. All coils were joined well and sides of piece were of even thickness.
Finish	Poor Piece was rushed and therefore finish was low and not neat.	Fair Piece was finished to a good level , yet decoration and painting was rushed and little care taken.	Good Excellent finish of piece and painting and decoration enhanced piece
