Team Proposal 
Each student, working with an assigned team will prepare for, and participate in, making a proposal presentation to the class. Each group will select a biblical figure from the book of Genesis and will describe the accomplishments of the figure as well as the issues the figure encountered. The biblical figure that is the best leader will become the subject of a character study for our class.

Students were off task for the time of planning and didn't develop a presentation. Only a few members participated in planning and presenting.

The group has a clear understanding of the issues the biblical figure encountered. The group can describe the figures' ability to lead effectively. The group articulates their thoughts well and can answer questions about the biblical figure in class negotiations.

The group is is reasonably able to identify, comprehend, and articulate the issues the biblical figure encountered. The group can somewhat negotiate the reasons why our class should study the biblical figure.

The group is reasonably able to determine and/or comprehend the underlying needs or interests that lead to the presentation of reasonable recommendations
Poor

The group is unable to determine and/or comprehend the underlying needs or interests that lead to the presentation of illogical recommendations.
Communicating Information

Superior

The group demonstrates an exceptional ability to present, explain and justify recommedations during the presentation. The group is effective in answering follow-up questions.
Good

Student demonstrates an effective ability to present, explain and justify recommendations during the presentation. The group is reasonably effective at answering follow-up questions.
Fair

The group demonstrates a reasonable ability to present, explain and justify recommendations during the presentation. The group is attemtpts to answer follow-up questions.
Poor

The group demonstrates an inability to present, explain and justify recommendations during the presentation. The group cannot answer follow-up questions.

The group presents information in an illogical sequence which the audience cannot follow. The presentation is missing major components which confuses the viewer about the overall purpose of the plan.
