Kline/Feth Ancient Middle East Travel Guide 
The purpose of this unit is to facilitate student learning about the world in which we live. The student will pretend that he/she is a travel guide taking visitors on a tour of the Middle East. To be prepared for the trip, the student will use technology to conduct internet research in order to be able to present facts about the region's resources, culture, government, religion, geography, political atmosphere, social events, recreational pastimes, history, economics, etc. After the student has gathered all of the research, they will synthesize the information and devlop a presentation about the region.
