Work Effort	Advanced I gave my best effort even when it was a challenge. I learned from the challenge.	Proficient I gave my best effort when it was a challenge. I got a little bit frustrated, but didn't give up.	Developing I gave some effort, but gave up when it became a challenge.	Beginning I gave little or no effort.
