	Excellent 10 pts	Good 8 pts	Fair 5 pts	Poor 2 pts
Dimensions	Excellent Student adheres to all specifications. designs are reasonble	Good Student adheres to all specifications but some dimensions are not quite reasonable.	Fair Student adheres to some specifications.	Poor Student does not adhere to any specifications with regards to dimensions, including property size and height of Building.
Detail	Excellent Student has more rooms/structure level of detail than what was necessary.	Good Students has the required number of details required .	Fair Student is missing one or two of the required details.	Poor Student is missing most of the required details.
Painting/ texture/ skins	Excellent The exterior and the interior of the structure are photo realistic.	Good The exterior of the structure photo realistic.	Fair Some of the structure use a photo texture.	Poor All walls and structures use a photo texture.
Creativity	Excellent Student's design is interesting and creative	Good Student's design is thoughtful and fits the purpose.	Fair Student's house has an interesting but unrealistic design and was not able to be constructed correctly.	Poor Student's house is generic; not much thought or effort has gone into the design or the construction.
Time Management	Excellent Student spends a great amount of time on the project and is focused only on it.	Good Student is on task for the most part.	Fair Student is sometimes on task but has to be constantly reminded.	Poor Student has not used time wisely in class.
