Team has created a sketch or "prototype" of what they want to create.	Good Team has chosen an "under the surface question, an has a plan for execution. Team has created a sketch of what they are going to create.	Fair Team has chosen a question or topic, might have a loose plan for execution. Team has not created a sketch of what they are going to create.	Poor Team might have chosen a topic, but no plan has been created or sketch of what they are going to produce.
Work habits and team effort	Excellent Team is on task, engaged in the process and values the work, talents and opinions of other group members.	Good Team is mostly on task and engaged in the process. Team mostly values the work and talents of other group members.	Fair Team is off task often and not as engaged in the process as they could be. Team does not value the work and talents of other group members all the time.	Poor Team is not on task, not engaged and not working with the other people on the team.
Question and Answer	Excellent "Under the surface" question is obvious and easy to understand. Answer/discussion pertaining to the question is obvious and meaningful.	Good "Under the surface" question is present. Answer to the question is present, but could be more obvious and meaningful.	Fair Question is present, but unanswered, or answer is not comprehendible or irrelevant.	Poor There is no "on the surface" question, and no answer given.
Finished Product	Excellent Finished product is polished and professional, presentation of project is understandable to viewers.	Good Finished product is good, but the team could have gone further and made it more professional and polished and understandable to viewers.	Fair Finished product is unprofessional and/or of poor quality. No explanation is given, so viewers don't understand.	Poor Project is unfinished or of poor quality.
