The learner has demonstrated outstanding ability to use critical thinking skills to include: conceptualizing, applying,analyzing, synthesizing, and/or evaluating the questions.
Writing Skills	Poor The learner has failed to write in complete sentences. The learner's narrative lacks organization and clarity. The student lacks a clear understanding of writing fundamentals. The learner addresses the topic superficially.	Fair The learner's narrative is organized and understandable. The narrative is written in complete sentences. The learner demonstrates an average understanding of writing fundamentals. The learner addresses the basic topic but leaves out some pertinent details. The learner demonstrates a clear understanding of the question and demonstrates superior writing skills.
