Approaching Proficiency Presents claims and findings. Answer is somewhat focused and clear. Communicates a limited amount of descriptions, facts, details, and evaluations of factors.	Meets Standard Presents claims and findings; answers in a focused clear manner with an appropriate amount of descriptions, facts, details, and evaluations of factors.	Exceeds Standard Evaluation of factors is complete and leads the reader to a resolute conclusion.
