Summer Wreath Final Exam 
Holiday Wreath Decorating Contest
This rubric will used to grade your final exam. You are to create a summer wreath using supplies that you purchase. Mrs. Welle will only provide wreath, ribbon, and glue. You will only have 2 hours during the period to create the wreath.
