Attendance	Excellent Student arrives on time and enters the classroom without disrupting. Student is prepared for class. Student attends to the lesson.	Good Student arrives on time and enters the classroom without disrupting. Student is prepared for class.	Fair Student arrives on time and enters the classroom without disrupting.	Poor Student arrives on time. However, enters into the classroom in a disruptive manner.
On Task Behavior	Excellent Student behaves appropriately during the lesson and keep his/her attention focused upon the teacher. Student will attempt to take notes and ask one question per class.	Good Student behaves appropriately during the lesson and keep his/her attention focused upon the teacher. Student attempt to take notes.	Fair Student behaves appropriately during the lesson and keep his/her attention focused upon the teacher.	Poor Student does NOT behave appropriately during the lesson and his/her attention is not upon the teacher.
Lesson	Excellent Student is able to identify the topic of the lesson and give three details.	Good Student is able to identify the topic of the lesson and give two details.	Fair Student is able to identify the topic of the lesson.	Poor Student is NOT able to identify the topic of the lesson.
