Cleanliness	Good Locker does not have any kind of food or clothing that should not be in it. There is nothing spilled inside.	Fair Locker maybe has an old snack and one article of clothing inside that need to be removed.	Poor Locker has old food, spilled substances and extra unnecessary clothing in it.
Organization	Good Folders, binders, papers and other necessary school items are organized in a neat fashion with labels visible.	Fair Some folders, binders etc are organized with the labels showing but other items are thrown carelessly within the locker.	Poor Nothing is organized, there are crunched papers, binders and folders are shoved in locker. Other school items are inside locker.
Missing Work	Good There are no missing assignments inside the locker.	Fair There are a 0 - 2 overdue assignments and schoolwork in locker.	Poor More than three assignments are inside the locker and not in a homework folder/binder or agenda.
