The poster includes all information relevant to the topic. The poster is creative, clear and concise. The student added information above what was taught in class or required for assignment.
Work quality/effort

Poor

Work is done with little effort, quality is not what the learner is capable of. It is evident that the work was rushed and little time was spent on the final product. Work is incomplete. Did not use time in class wisely.
Fair

Work is done with fair effort, but the quality is still not what the learner is capable of. It is evident that the work was rushed. Was somewhat focused in class.
Good

The work was done with good effort that shows what the learner is capable of. It is evident that time was put into this project. Was mostly focused in class.
Exceeds

The work done exceeds all expectations and shows that the learner is proud of his/her work. The effort that was put into this task is the best it can be by the learner. Was focused in class.
Graphics

Poor

Not good use of space on poster. Messy. Lacks color, texture. Student uses superfluous graphics or no graphics
Fair

Student occasionally uses graphics that rarely support text and presentation.
Good

Student's graphics relate to text and presentation.
Exceeds

Eye catching. Great use of graphics and spacing on poster. Student's graphics explain and reinforce screen text and presentation.
Mechanics

Poor

Student's poster has three or more spelling errors and/or grammatical errors. Project was turned in late.
Fair

Poster has two misspellings and/or grammatical errors.
Good

Poster has no more than one misspelling and/or grammatical errors.

Poster has no misspellings or grammatical errors.
