Pictures	Poor No pictures	Fair Has attempted to draw pictures but has added no color and little effort or relevance to the described theme.	Good Pictures are relevant to the theme and there has been a use of color and effort.
Neat	Poor The pamphlet is disorderly and hard to read	Fair The pamphlet is partially organized but could use more organization and neatness.	Good The pamphlet is clear and neat. All instructions have been followed and is done in a legible way.
