Epitaph or Letter from family	Poor Missing or name only	Fair Notecard with name but little explanation.	Good Complete name on a notecard with epitaph or letter typed/printed neatly.
Presentation Must include: -Altar with 7 or more items and significance of each item -Oral presentation	Poor Presentation incomplete or missing. < 3 items on altar incomplete or no verbal presentation	Fair Presentation is done but significance of items incomplete or missing. <5 items on altar poor verbal presentation	Good Good presentation complete with item significance 7 or more items on altar good verbal presentation
Activities -Making a mask --Altar preparation and presentaion	Poor Participation in only 0 activity	Fair Participation in 1 activitiy or A/B partner does not participate in both.	Good A/B participation in both activities.
