Students do not feel a sense of belonging and the organization is not dedicated to building community within its organization; Organizations does not collaborate with other organizations, & there are no opportunities for involvement in other organizations.

Organization SOMETIMES provides a caring environment where members are not harmed physically, emotionally, or mentally. However, students struggle to feel a sense of belonging and the organization struggles with building community within its organization; Collaborations/partnerships are rare w/ other organizations & there are few or vague opportunities to get involved in other organizations.

Organization REGULARLY provides a caring environment where members/participants are not harmed physically, emotionally, or mentally.
